WARRANTY POLICY

I. Free warranty conditions

1. The product is still within the Warranty Period

2. Activate Warranty at the time of first purchase

3. The product is used for the correct purpose, function and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Warranty scope: nationwide.

5. Warranty period

  • 3 years for Dishwasher
  • 5 years for Induction cookers
  • 5 years for Range Hood (AC motor warranty 5 years, other warranty 3 years)

II. Warranty method

1. When any problems occur with the product, please contact RICHBORN customer service at hotline 1900 8129 during business hours. We will receive information and be there to quickly fix the problem.

2. Time to receive and process warranty cases: For customers in Hanoi and HCM, the Warranty Center will contact to resolve within 24 hours of receiving the information. For customers in other provinces and home warranty cases: Company representatives contact customers within 24 hours, resolve for customers within 48 hours/72 hours/96 hours depending on location distance from the Warranty Center. The airline arrives at the Customer location area.

3. For home warranty cases:

  • If the technician comes to handle the same product error code twice but within a short period of a few days, the error code appears again, the technician will ask the customer to return the product to the Center. Warranty (from 3 - 5 days) to have enough time and equipment to examine, handle and completely resolve the problem.
  • Then the technician will be responsible for transporting and installing the product, returning it to the customer in its original condition.
  • RICHBORN Warranty Center will lend customers another product to use in the meantime if the customer needs it.

III. Cases are NOT covered by a free warranty

  • DO NOT activate the Warranty or activate at the wrong time of purchase
  • Installation accessories and separate accessories included with the product are lost or damaged during use.
  • Cases where the product body is broken, scratched, or rusted; Rubber gasket breaks or punctures during use.
  • Damage caused by sudden and unstable voltage.
  • Damages that show signs of being caused by rats or insects.
  • Damage caused by installation and use that does not comply with technical requirements as recommended by the manufacturer.
  • The product is not used for its intended purpose according to the manufacturer's standards.
  • Force majeure damage caused by natural disasters, environmental changes or incidents of war, epidemics, etc.
  • Replaced with non-genuine parts.
  • Arbitrarily repaired without RICHBORN's consent or repaired by anyone other than a RICHBORN technician or authorized representative.

(All customer information is kept confidential and only provided to RICHBORN authorized partners to perform warranty repairs).

IV. Notes on installation and maintenance

  • The device must be wired to ground.
  • Ensure stable power supply, water supply, and air drainage.
  • The product must be cleaned periodically according to instructions during use.
